Tatogy Return Policy
At Tatogy.com, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right—with either a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
How to Initiate a Return or Partial Return
To start a return, please email us at support@tatogy.com or call 516-508-3284 with your order number and whether you want to return an item or receive a refund on the entire order. If a refund or partial refund is warranted, then we will initiate a refund.
If the item(s) were purchased with SNAP funds, then it will be issued back to the the same payment method. Otherwise it can be refunded back to a gift card, store credit, or to a credit card.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Partial Refunds:
If your order is missing, including a damaged product, or you’re unsatisfied with a specific item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item with equal or higher value
- A refund for the affected product(s)
Full Refunds:
You may be eligible for a full refund if your order is canceled before it is:
- Picked up by you or a third-party carrier
- Shipped and in possession of the carrier
If we’re able to intercept the delivery before you receive it, we may be able to refund them minus any applicable return delivery charges. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
For situations such as lost items in transit or weather-affected deliveries, we will evaluate the issue and work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
Refund Processing Times
· EBT Cardholders: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours
· Credit/Debit Cardholders: Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account
